The vast majority of the homes in the Meriden\Woodtick neighborhood are an assortment of ranch style homes – regular, split and raised, with a few capes and fewer colonial style homes scattered throughout the neighborhood. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built between 1930 and 1970. There are several condominium complexes – 3 located on Meriden Road, and the rest located either on or off of Woodtick Road. There are two housing complexes in the area, both located off of Meriden Road in the southern portion of the neighborhood.
